N-Tutorr Digital Systems Projects @ MTU

The N-Tutorr project has established a broad and deep range of impact with respect to digital systems within MTU. This has primarily focused on updating and/ or enhancing a wide range of existing digital systems currently active within MTU; as well as introduccing new additions to MTU’s digital systems in order to support additional functionality.

    Canvas studio greatly enhances the video integration and management options available through the Canvas Learning Management System.

    Canvas catalog allows staff to build the list of content available through their Canvas dashboard at their own pace over multiple years and return to content for later reference or to slowly complete a course depending on their available time

    Via funding provided by the N-Tutorr project, MTU Library now has access to thirteen leading edge IReL databases to support staff and students' teaching, learning and research needs

    The Verified International Applicants (VIA) system checks international applicants & provides independently verified digital record of their academic history.

    LinkedIn Learning is an online video tutorial catalogue, made freely available to MTU students through the N-TUTORR funding.

  • Microcreds

    Ongoing work performed via the N-Tutorr project has facilitated the setup and rollout of a system for MTU so that micro-credentials can now be designed, developed and issued via MyBan.

    DCM learning adds additional training courses for staff CPD, there courses are more localised and are available through Canvas Catalogue for selection and enrolment as needed.
